Our client, a leading national transportation and logistics provider, is seeking an experienced and strategic Remote Senior Fleet Operations Manager to oversee their extensive fleet operations from anywhere in the country. This is a fully remote, senior-level position requiring exceptional leadership and analytical skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance fleet efficiency, reduce operational costs, and ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance across all regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large fleets, leveraging technology, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for fleet operations to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in fleet management and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large, diverse fleets across multiple locations.
• Extensive knowledge of fleet management software, TMS, telematics, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful operational strategies.
