The Senior Manager, Financial Reporting at National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, Inc. oversees the preparation and distribution of financial statements in line with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.

You will manage external audits, implement disclosure controls, and drive reporting improvements in Workday and related tools. You will design reports, dashboards, and templates, collaborate across teams, and ensure timely quarterly and annual filings while maintaining policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business, or related field.
• MBA or CPA is valued.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, and/or auditing roles.
• Hands-on experience building reports in Workday Report Writer with advanced reports.
• Workday Report Writer Certification or willingness to complete assessment.
• Deep understanding of Workday Finance and GAAP.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience including Adaptive Dashboards and HTML Reports preferred.
• Experience with Workday Dashboards, Scorecards, and Hubs preferred.
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting solutions and data integration concepts.
• Non-profit experience highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Report Development: design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports using calculated fields.
• System Maintenance & Upgrades: test and update reports during Workday releases.
• Dashboard Creation: design dashboards and outputs to track KPIs for leadership.
• Prepare and update financial statement templates.
• Oversee internal financial reporting processes and implement controls.
• Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual reports.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather report parameters.
• Lead process improvements in financial reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies.
