Grammy seeks a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting to oversee the preparation and distribution of financial statements in line with GAAP/IFRS. You will ensure accuracy, assist with external audits, and implement best practices in financial disclosure.

The role requires strong Workday reporting experience (Writer/Adaptive Planning), dashboard design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A hybrid work setup with core Pacific Time hours is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business or related field.
• MBA or CPA is valued but not required.
• Experience in financial reporting, accounting and/or auditing.
• Hands-on Workday reporting experience is essential.

Responsabilidades

Willing to consider remote from another city/state but must be willing/able to work within Pacific Time core business hours.# **WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR**The Senior Manager, Financial Reporting is responsible for overseeing the preparation and distribution of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, assist with external audits, and implement best practices in financial disclosure. You have a strong background in GAAP/IFRS, SEC reporting (if applicable), and financial analysis.# **WHAT YOU'LL DO*** Report Development:Design, build, test, and maintain custom Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and standard Workday reports using calculated fields and Business Objects.* System Maintenance & Upgrades:Test, review, and update existing reports during Workday's bi-annual releases to maintain functionality.* Dashboard Creation:Design and manage operational dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) outputs, partnering with the Financial Analyst, to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.* Prepare and update financial statement templates.* Oversee internal financial reporting processes and implement controls to maintain accuracy and efficiency.* Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual reports.* Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing process.* Collaborate with internal teams to gather report parameters.* Lead process improvements in financial reporting systems and procedures.* Ensure compliance with internal policies.# **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE*** Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business, or a related field, providing the technical foundation for Workday reporting responsibilities. MBA or CPA is valued.* 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, and/or auditing roles.* Demonstrated, hands-on experience building reports in Workday Report Writer including calculated fields and advanced, matrix, and composite reports.* Workday Report Writer Certification or be willing and able to successfully complete a Workday Report Writing proficiency assessment as part of the interview process.* Deep understanding of Workday Finance.* Workday Adaptive Planning experience including Adaptive Dashboards, HTML Reports, and OfficeConnect reporting packages highly preferred.* Experience with Workday Dashboards, Scorecards, and Workday Hubs preferred.* Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into reporting solutions, with working knowledge of data integration/ETL concepts and reporting governance practices.* Knowledge of GAAP.* Non-profit experience highly preferred.* Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics skills.* Proficiency in Excel.* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.**PHYSICAL DEMANDS FOR CERTAIN ROLES**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
