The role analyzes financial results, investigates variances, and helps prepare statements, disclosures, and filings for the company and subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS familiarity.
• Proficient in Excel and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results, trends, and variances; communicate findings.
• Prepare annual and interim financial statements and disclosures.
• Prepare workpapers, reconciliations, and analyses for regulatory deliverables.
• Investigate reporting issues and data inconsistencies; elevate matters.
• Prepare information under U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and statutory accounting.
• Support regulatory capital calculations and filings.
• Assist external audits and SOX compliance activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Operations on reporting.
• Leverage tools to improve quality and efficiency of reporting.
