Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Financial Manager to drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and enterprise benefits analysis during a busy season. The role oversees stock-based compensation budgeting and KPI reporting, partnering with senior leadership to deliver executive-ready insights and compelling financial storytelling.

The consultant will operate with limited supervision, improve processes, and push projects forward to strengthen financial storytelling and strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• 10+ years FP&A experience.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI and management reporting in complex organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive accountability.
• Strong judgment, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to lead change and implement process improvements.
• Technical aptitude and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive presentations and financial storytelling.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc financial modeling for enterprise benefits offerings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead stock-based compensation budgeting, including executive compensation.
• Perform enterprise-level benefits analysis and related financial modeling.
• Support the communications team and CEO with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting and management dashboards.
• Advance projects with limited direction and deliver on deadlines.
