Job summary

Arcticom, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Management SME for a remote role supporting USAF programs. The position focuses on documenting DAF WCF financial processes, configuring Oracle Federal Financials, and ensuring audit compliance within a complex DoD environment.

Candidates must have 5+ years Oracle Financials experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain NAC/SECRET clearance. Salary range is $130k–$160k USD, with full-time employment and remote work from the United States.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor's degree is required.
• > 5+ years of Oracle Production Support/solution development.
• > 5+ years of Oracle Federal Financials, cMRO, and/or Project configuration implementation experience
• > Expertise in financial management including; general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and reporting
• > 5+ years of software life cycle testing experience
• > Must be US Citizen
• > Must have or be able to attain a NAC or SECRET security clearance

Responsibilities

• Document DAF WCF desired financial processes and accounting/budgeting/disbursing capabilities for System Integrator (SI) development.
• Develop prototype DAF WCF accounting capability via Oracle Federal Financials software configuration.
• Develop plans and conduct life cycle test of Oracle Federal Financials software capability against documented requirements.
• Ensure configuration/deployment of software capability achieves audit compliance and adheres to quality and security standards.
• Understand entire technical landscape and integrate new applications accordingly within the USAF operational environment.
• Test SI developed software capability against documented requirements. Oracle cMRO, Projects, and Financials software application modules experience is critical.
