Arcticom, LLC at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH is seeking a Sr. Financial Management Subject Matter Expert to lead Oracle Federal Financials configuration, DAF WCF processes, and lifecycle testing for DoD systems.

The role emphasizes audit readiness, security, and effective integration within the USAF environment. Candidates must be a US citizen, able to obtain NAC/SECRET clearance, hold a Bachelor's degree, and bring 5+ years of Oracle Financials, cMRO, and Projects experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Oracle Production Support/solution development.
• 5+ years of Oracle Federal Financials, cMRO, and/or Project configuration experience.
• Expertise in financial management including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and reporting.
• 5+ years of software life cycle testing experience.
• Must be US Citizen.
• Must have or be able to attain a NAC or SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Document DAF WCF financial processes and budgeting/disbursing capabilities for System Integrator development.
• Develop prototype DAF WCF accounting capability via Oracle Federal Financials configuration.
• Plan and conduct life cycle testing of Oracle Federal Financials against requirements.
• Ensure configuration/deployment meets audit compliance and security standards.
• Understand the full technical landscape and integrate applications within the USAF environment.
• Test SI software capability; experience with Oracle cMRO, Projects, and Financials modules is critical.
