Job summary

Arcticom, LLC is seeking a Sr. Financial Management Subject Matter Expert to document and optimize DAF WCF financial processes, configuration of Oracle Federal Financials, and audit-compliant controls for USAF programs. The role requires deep financial systems knowledge and experience with Oracle modules.

Candidates must be US citizens, able to obtain NAC or SECRET clearance, and willing to work in a remote-enabled environment with occasional travel within the continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of Oracle Production Support/solution development.
• 5+ years of Oracle Federal Financials, cMRO, and/or Project configuration implementation experience.
• Expertise in financial management including; general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and reporting.
• 5+ years of software life cycle testing experience.
• Must be US Citizen.
• Must have or be able to attain a NAC or SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Document DAF WCF desired financial processes and accounting/budgeting/disbursing capabilities for System Integrator development.
• Develop prototype DAF WCF accounting capability via Oracle Federal Financials configuration.
• Develop plans and conduct life cycle tests of Oracle Federal Financials software capability against documented requirements.
• Ensure configuration/deployment of software capability achieves audit compliance and security standards.
• Understand technical landscape and integrate new applications within the USAF environment.
• Test SI software capability against documented requirements; Oracle cMRO, Projects, and Financials modules experience is critical.
