Sehlke Consulting is seeking a Manager to provide accounting and financial consulting support, including policy development, budgeting, forecasting, and ICOFR improvements. The role covers month/quarter/year-end close, mortgage products, and housing finance reform initiatives.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting/Finance, CPA certification, and 5–8+ years of related experience; CGFM/CDFM are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• CPA certification is required.
• CGFM and CDFM certifications are preferred.
• 5–8+ years of experience in a related field; experience with commercial loans and banking a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Review business processes and improve the effectiveness of financial management functions, internal controls, performance measures, and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Understand commercial accounting principles, FASB/Commercial and FASAB/Federal regulations, OMB Circulars, Treasury Financial Manual, and mortgage industry best practices.
• Provide programmatic support to initiatives, including SME coordination.
• Assist in development of local processes with research and analysis for measurable outcomes.
• Develop statistical analyses and manage high-volume data; support integrity of financial reporting data.
