Qualifications

• 3+ years of SQL or database query languages experience, or 3+ years in financial planning/analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience with AI to improve productivity and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide data and analysis to support healthcare goals for members.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and packages.
• Create and modify SQL code to deliver insights from complex data.
• Manage and validate data from multiple sources using SQL Server.
• Communicate processes and requirements to business and technical staff.
• Identify trends and outliers for leadership action.
• Prepare complex ad hoc reports using SQL and Excel.
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure accuracy of premiums via reconciliation reporting.
• Represent the finance team in plan/provider meetings.
• Understand business drivers and market trends.
