Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring for MassHealth IT programs.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for leadership and program management.
• Coordinate with OFM, OFFR, EOTSS, and stakeholders on funding submissions and compliance.
• Review vendor invoices and enforce spending controls.
• Support audits and federal reviews with accurate financial documentation.
