Job summary

InfiCare Staffing seeks a Senior Business Analyst / Data Developer for Healthcare Data in Quincy, MA, hybrid. The contract role focuses on MassHealth data modernization, data analytics, and requirements-driven design.

You will translate business needs into technical data solutions, collaborate with architects, developers, QA, PMs, and healthcare stakeholders, and help deliver scalable data warehousing and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Healthcare/MassHealth data experience; HIPAA knowledge is preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills and data profiling for data warehouse solutions.
• Experience with AWS Cloud and Snowflake platforms.

Senior Business Analyst / Data Developer – Healthcare Data

Location: Quincy, MA 02171 | Hybrid

Duration: Contract | 37.5 Hrs/Week, No OT

CORI Background Check: Mandatory after confirmation

We are seeking a Business Analyst/Data Analyst with strong Healthcare Data, Data Analytics, Requirements Gathering, SQL, Data Warehouse, AWS, and Snowflake experience to support MassHealth Data Modernization initiatives.

Key Skills:

• Strong Business & Technical Requirements gathering/documentation
• Healthcare/MassHealth data experience; HIPAA knowledge
• Data analysis, profiling, and data warehouse solutions
• Advanced SQL skills
• AWS Cloud and Snowflake
• BI tools: Tableau and/or Cognos
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical/data solutions
• Strong stakeholder communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Experience collaborating with Architects, Developers, QA, PMs, and business teams

Preferred: Healthcare, AWS, Snowflake, Tableau, and Enterprise Data Platform experience.

Travel: Occasional travel to EOHHS offices/group homes within Massachusetts.
