Job summary

Organic Valley seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Accounting to deliver forecasts, analyze results, and identify opportunities to improve performance through data-driven insights.

The role leverages Power BI and advanced Excel to produce timely reports and executive-ready analyses, supporting strategic decisions across the cooperative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field required.
• 5+ years of finance, accounting or analytics experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statements.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Maintain and develop reporting models and dashboards.
• Prepare reports and trend analyses for decision-making.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to cross-functional partners.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and strategy.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and executive-ready presentations.
