Ripple Foods is hiring a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis across the organization.

The role partners with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to provide visibility into performance and drive financial discipline. Ideal candidates build models, own forecasts, and translate data into clear leadership insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 6 years of FP&A experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or analytics.
• CPG/food & beverage/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L, gross margin, COGS, and operating expenses.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
• Experience with ERP/planning/reporting systems (NetSuite/Oracle/Adaptive/Anaplan/SAP/Power BI/Tableau).
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations and present to leadership.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnering abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Maintain and develop financial models for revenue, gross margin, OPEX, cash flow, and scenario planning.
• Develop forecast assumptions with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Lead variance analysis vs. budget/forecast/year.
• Provide insights on customer/channel performance and pricing decisions.
• Support cost and margin analysis for operations and new product launches.
• Deliver monthly reporting packages and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and system enhancements.
