Job summary

Farmer Focus seeks an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will work with the Head of FP&A to analyze financial activities, develop models, and drive data-driven insights across the organization.

The role covers ERP data analysis, sales and operations analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve efficiencies and accuracy in financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial analytics or accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI, including data modeling, pivot tables, dashboards, lookups, charts, and graphing for analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
• Solid understanding of ERP, CRM, Business Analytics/OLAP platforms and cost accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A responsibilities with the annual budget process, strategic planning, and other financial forecasting, including developing models, collaborating with operational managers, and tracking all aspects of the planning processes.
• Be an integral part of the monthly closing process, including preparing the Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows, while identifying variances and trends.
• Assist with the Monthly Management Performance Review report, including graphs, commentary, and additional analysis as needed.
• Create and maintain actionable KPI reports and dynamic dashboards to monitor finance performance, operating expenses, forecasting, HR indicators, and other indicators.
• Assist with capital expenditure requests and approval process, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, feasibility reviews, business plans, and approval tracking.
