Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Platform Manager for the Finance Accounting Platform within Biztech. You will own the platform roadmap, oversee end-to-end accounting workflows, and collaborate with product managers, data engineers, FP&A, and Tax to scale our financial lifecycle on Oracle FAH GL.

This role requires cross‑functional excellence, SOX controls, data pipeline monitoring, and a drive to automate high‑volume transactions.

Qualifications

• CPA, CMA or equivalent accounting credential preferred; Big 4 audit or controllership background is a plus.
• Subject matter expert in ASC 606 revenue recognition with multi-product digital marketplace experience.
• Experience implementing end-to-end accounting workflows across record-to-report and order-to-cash with SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a complex platform roadmap with high stakeholder volume and clear prioritization.
• Lead end-to-end accounting workflows for product launches and lifecycle events on Oracle FAH GL.
• Define data pipeline monitoring, automate manual workflows, and support month-end close processes.
