Job summary

SGA Dental is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner in Tempe to lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the organization. You will collaborate with operations leadership, accounting and other departments to deliver actionable financial insights and support strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FP&A or finance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required or preferred.
• 3+ years in financial planning or FP&A
• Experience with FP&A processes and budgeting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare annual and post-acquisition budgets.
• Create monthly and ad-hoc forecasts with operations leadership.
• Partner with Accounting for month-end close processes.
• Perform monthly variance analysis vs. budget and prior year.
• Build financial models and provide guidance to senior leadership.
