Job summary

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is seeking a dynamic Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ. This in-office role focuses on strategic finance initiatives, delivering executive reporting and robust financial modeling to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, debt covenant reporting, and collaborating with executives to drive strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years FP&A, corporate finance, or treasury experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required and strong financial modeling.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Focus on FP&A, cash flow forecasting, and treasury support.
• Develop 13-week cash flow forecasts and support budgeting.
• Prepare debt covenant calculations and lender reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and executives on forecasting.
• Engage in financial modeling and strategic planning initiatives.
• Support acquisition integration and growth opportunities.
