Ladders seeks a Senior Finance Manager, Systems & Corporate Reporting to own the finance reporting systems, design scalable processes, and strengthen consolidation. You will partner with finance leadership and technical teams to translate reporting needs into system requirements and improve data governance.

This role supports monthly close, statutory consolidation, forecasting, and strategic planning across the finance organization, with remote US-based work.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, incl. 3+ years with a corporate FP&A/reporting platform.
• Strong background in consolidating financial data from multiple sources and reporting mechanics.
• Advanced expertise in the reporting platform, including data model design and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Govern and administer the corporate FP&A/reporting platform, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Design and maintain data models for operational reporting and statutory consolidation.
• Define data governance standards and establish SLAs for data freshness.
• Build automated data flows from source systems, implementing error detection.
• Lead the production of monthly consolidated financial statements and coordinate across CFO sub-functions.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and support strategic planning initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and VP of Finance, translating reporting needs into system requirements.
