MinutePay Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Manager / Management Accountant for a remote contract role. You will own month-end close, consolidations across domestic and international entities, and deliver insightful management accounts with deep commercial analysis.

In this leadership position, you will drive automation of financial workflows, harmonize accounting policies post-acquisition, and provide clear financial visibility to executives to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-entity consolidations and month-end close processes.
• Strong ability to analyze SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn) and financial performance.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across international entities.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of monthly close, including journal entries, accruals, and consolidated reporting.
• Lead transition of close/reporting from external advisers to internal finance function.
• Audit and streamline close workflows to reduce close timelines; ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Deliver monthly management accounts with commentary on profitability drivers and risks.
• Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-entity cash flow projections.
• Analyze operational margins and translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Track SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV) and ensure revenue recognition alignment.
• Support post-acquisition integrations with harmonized accounting policies.
• Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks to improve financial visibility.
