Unity Technologies SF in San Francisco, CA is hiring a Senior Finance Business Analyst to partner with Accounting, Finance and FP&A. You will define reporting requirements, re-engineer processes, and build financial solutions for proposed projects. You will leverage Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning to optimize interdependencies and communicate implications clearly.

100% telecommuting permitted with a 40-hour work week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; three years of related work experience.
• Experience configuring Workday Financials modules across key functional areas.
• Experience with Workday Financials, accounting, finance, FP&A, or business analysis focusing on financial analysis, planning, and business partnering.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing financial processes and implementing solutions using Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with SOX compliance, SDLC, and control audit processes.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in financial systems or process integration during mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop reporting requirements with Accounting, Finance and FP&A.
• Re-engineer current processes and build financial solutions for proposed projects and future requests.
• Serve as an adaptive configuration and reporting specialist for functionality focusing on General Ledger, Actuals, Forecasts, and related areas.
• Communicate business, process, or technical implications and benefits/risks to partners clearly.
• Maintain positive relationships with partners to align with Adaptive standard methodologies.
