regions and requires collaboration with Market Access, Patient Services, Sales and Compliance. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in biotech/pharma reimbursement, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, coding, and prior authorization processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical reimbursement/patient access.
• Knowledge of commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, VA and specialty reimbursement environments.
• Experience with prior authorization, coding, claims adjudication and appeals pathways.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based reimbursement expert educating providers on payer requirements and access pathways.
• Develop territory access plans addressing market-specific reimbursement challenges.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, Sales and Compliance to ensure access readiness.
• Monitor payer policy changes and advise on coverage, coding and billing updates.
