This full-time remote role emphasizes field work, documentation, and precise estimation without full claim ownership. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in property claims/inspection, strong estimating skills, and the ability to operate independently within company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in property claims, property inspection, construction, or related field.
• License or ability to obtain state license as required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work in awkward positions.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site property inspections to assess damage and documents findings.
• Prepares accurate repair or replacement estimates with diagrams and photos.
• Evaluates materials and construction methods with attention to detail.
• Identifies investigative needs and reports observations to claims leadership.
• Maintains professional on-site interactions with insureds, agents, and contractors.
• Ensures inspection reports and estimates are completed timely and accurately.
