Job summary

Digifabshop is seeking a Fabrication Engineer II to lead complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and deliver advanced geometric and data-driven solutions. This role supports remote work and offers a base salary with potential for growth, reporting to the CWKA division.

You will guide clients and internal teams, drive process improvements, and ensure data integrity and profitability across projects.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in architectural fabrication or computational design.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Advanced proficiency in Rhino 3D and Grasshopper.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced geometric, data, or workflow solutions.
• Lead engineering and modeling for complex projects and serve as primary technical contact for clients and internal teams.
• Mentor Fabrication Engineer I, guiding delivery of project components.
• Model and enforce high standards for data quality and fiscal stewardship, mentoring on time entry and labor budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify and solve workflow inefficiencies and client-facing challenges.
