In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fabrication process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage a team of fabricators and coordinate with various departments to optimize workflow, maintain safety standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
