Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Event Operations Manager based in the United States to lead the execution of large-scale live events from 500 to 5,000 attendees with budgets up to $2M. You will act as the operational hub, coordinating venues, vendors, safety, housing, F&B, and signage, while working with show management and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale live events (500–5,000 attendees).
• Proficient in Cvent for registration, housing, and attendee management.
• Strong budgeting and financial reconciliation for events up to $2M.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination with venues, vendors, and show management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational hub for assigned events, aligning deadlines and team needs.
• Create and maintain work order schedules and project trackers in Smartsheet.
• Coordinate venue logistics, suppliers, decor, safety, and housing.
• Manage invoices and financial tracking for event activities.
• Oversee signage production and end-to-end event execution.
• Collaborate across teams to adapt to changing event requirements.
