Job summary

Tin Tin Title– A wholly-owned subsidiary of Loan Factory in Texas seeks a Title Agent-in-Charge / Senior Escrow Manager to lead our opening operations, secure state licenses, and ensure compliance with DOI and underwriters.

You will oversee escrow, handle complex files, and manage the escrow ledger while leveraging Qualia, AtClose and SoftPro integrations to optimize workflows; no sales, pipeline supplied by mortgage division.

Qualifications

• Active Title Producer / Escrow Officer license in CA, TX, or FL (multi-state preferred).
• 5+ years of high-volume residential escrow and title experience, including supervisory work.
• Proficiency with major Title Production Systems (Qualia, SoftPro, or ResWare) and automation tools.
• Strong escrow accounting, wire fraud prevention, and 3-way reconciliations.
• Adaptable mindset with process improvement in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) or Agent-in-Charge in TX, FL, and/or CA.
• Lead regulatory compliance with DOI, RESPA, and AfBA standards.
• Oversee end-to-end settlement processes for residential transactions.
• Perform daily 3-way reconciliations and manage wire transfers.
• Balance CDs and ALTA statements with processing team.
• Manage complex title defects beyond automated tools.
• Use Title Production Systems and collaborate on API integrations.
