Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to design, develop, and implement ERP solutions that improve business operations across the enterprise. You will provide Tier 2/3 ERP support, analyze complex issues, and drive scalable integrations with SSIS, SQL Server Agent, and related tools.

The role requires strong SQL/T-SQL skills, ERP architecture knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred.
• 6+ years of professional IT and Information Systems experience.
• Experience supporting and enhancing ERP systems (2020 Insight strongly preferred).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement IT and ERP solutions for efficient operations.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 ERP support ensuring stability and performance.
• Lead analysis and resolution of ERP issues, identifying root causes.
• Develop and improve IT and ERP processes aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document configurations.
• Install, upgrade, and patch ERP software following SOX and governance standards.
• Design and maintain production, development, testing, and training environments.
