RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to spearhead software solutions in logistics, shaping technical direction and delivering scalable systems. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross‑functional and international teams to drive innovations and maintain high-quality software.

The position offers remote flexibility with onsite collaboration 2–3 days per week for teams near major facilities, supporting manufacturing, distribution, and finance functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• 4+ years experience with Oracle JD Edwards.
• Experience with multiple ERP systems (NetSuite, JD Edwards, IFS, Infor, Manhattan Active).
• Certifications in APICS, ACSM, Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Lead cross-functional and international teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.
• Collaborate with ELT, product managers, designers, and other engineers to achieve project goals.
• Analyze and solve complex technical problems and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
