Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT and Information Systems experience.
• Experience supporting and enhancing ERP systems, preferably with 2020 Insight.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for ERP applications.
• Design and develop application enhancements and custom tools.
• Lead resolution of complex ERP issues and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
