Northwest Bank is seeking an experienced equipment finance professional in the United States to originate and manage middle-market relationships. You will drive new business, engage prospects, structure and close financing transactions, and maintain ongoing client relationships across various industries.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related.
• 5+ years of equipment finance origination experience.
• Ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and initiate new business opportunities through direct sales origination and rigorous prospecting.
• Arrange personal meetings with prospects to discuss Northwest's products, rates and terms.
• Achieve and exceed volume quota by closing equipment financing transactions on a direct deal basis.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships using industry insight and product knowledge.
• Structure, design, propose and close viable finance transactions.
• Monitor market dynamics and competition to proactively manage relationships.
• Communicate deal structures clearly to leadership and credit.
• Navigate Excel and a CRM to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with team to contribute to a high-performance culture.
• Travel to customer sites and support on-site equipment needs.
