Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Oracle EPM/Hyperion developer to design, implement and maintain Oracle EPM solutions including Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE. The role requires extensive experience across Hyperion products and global deployments, with leadership responsibilities across multiple locations/time zones.

The candidate will translate business needs into technical specs, ensure quality engineering deliverables, and guide project design and implementation within a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of Oracle Cloud/EPM experience including OCI IaaS/PaaS and Essbase
• Strong Hyperion Planning (11.1.2.x), FDMEE and Hyperion Financial Reporting
• Expert Essbase capabilities: outline, Calc, MaxL, ASO/BSO
• Batch scripting with epmautomate, CLI, MAXL; Groovy/Java scripting
• Experience with pipelines/schedules and Oracle EPM global deployments
• Proficiency in SQL Server, SSIS, and Excel Smart View VBA
• Finance domain knowledge in budgeting/forecasting and statements

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and design deliverables into technical specs
• Communicate within team and with leadership; raise issues as needed
• Produce high quality engineering deliverables on schedule
• Build and evaluate project designs to detailed specs
• Provide technical guidance to engineering staff
• Lead a team of developers across multiple locations/time zones
