Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a Senior EMR Analyst for CINCI Lab to support EMR applications critical to lab operations and patient care delivery. You will partner with clinical, laboratory, operational, and technical teams to develop, implement, maintain, and optimize software solutions that support efficient laboratory workflows and timely patient care.

This senior role requires deep EMR knowledge, independent project leadership, and mentoring ability to guide other team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or comparable experience.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a related discipline is required.
• Epic certifications across clinical modules are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of EMR enhancements for CINCI Lab.
• Coordinate multiple projects, manage plans, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and train end users on clinical system capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize workflows.
