Job summary

Tegria, based in Madison, WI, seeks an Epic Application Analyst to support client engagements across HB, PB, and Claims modules. You will document requirements, configure and test system changes, and advise on best practices within regulatory and healthcare settings.

The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing system optimization for multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Epic certification with the ability to support in three or more applications: HB, PB and Claims.
• Typically 8+ years of experience as an Epic application analyst or in Epic consulting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and teams.
• Assess client needs and modify systems to meet functional specs.
• Document requirements, configure, test, and validate modifications.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and engage in change management.
• Maintain and improve knowledge base and deliverables.
