Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Project Controller to lead complex EPC and Mega Infrastructure project scheduling, drive on-time delivery, and support successful execution across cross-functional teams. You will develop integrated schedules, monitor risks, and provide clear performance assessments for stakeholders.

The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, strong communication, and experience managing large-scale projects across East Coast time zones in a hybrid/remote configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Min.7 years' experience in Project Control Planning & Scheduling function

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain L3 baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
• Lead schedule reviews, progress reporting, critical path analysis, and monthly deep-dives.
• Provide schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning with cross-functional teams.
• Manage schedule impacts related to claims, change orders, and customer variations.
• Collaborate with partners, Engineering, C&I site teams, and project leadership to ensure alignment and timely updates.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and KPIs.
• Prepare schedule documentation for reviews, reporting, and project close-out.
