Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Project Controller to lead integrated project schedules, drive on-time delivery, and support execution across large EPC and infrastructure projects. The role interfaces with portfolio leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to document risks, changes, and performance in a clear, consolidated view.

Based on EST hours with a remote work option, the position can flex to hybrid locations on the East Coast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Min.7 years’ experience in Project Control Planning & Scheduling function.
• Must be eligible in Power/Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Power Plant, Infrastructure/Construction industries.
• Must be willing to work on East Coast time zone (EST).
• Preferred Hybrid / Locations: Atlanta, GA; Schenectady, NY; Greenville, SC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain L3 baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
• Lead schedule reviews, progress reporting, critical path analysis, and monthly deep-dives.
• Provide schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning with cross-functional teams.
• Manage schedule impacts related to claims, change orders, and customer variations.
• Collaborate with partners, Engineering, C&I site teams, and project leadership for alignment and timely updates.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and KPIs.
• Prepare schedule documentation for reviews, reporting, and project close-out.
