Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a Senior Environmental Service Line Manager to lead environmental projects in Texas, overseeing staff and client relationships. This remote role requires coordinating Phase I ESAs, site investigations, and remediation programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and budget adherence.

You will mentor teams, develop new business opportunities with support from the BD team, and provide risk and cost analyses across projects for clients in public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in environmental disciplines.
• Current licensure or professional certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor project managers and oversee staff development.
• Plan, coordinate, implement, and direct environmental projects.
• Assist in policy and procedure development and implementation.
• Review work for quality, client satisfaction, and contractual obligations.
• Represent EFI Global in client meetings and forums.
• Promote EFI Global capabilities to expand business opportunities.
• Complete project tasks per SOPs and budget constraints.
• Advise supervisor on deviations and corrective actions.
• Summarize field and lab data and produce reports.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards are followed; manage safety practices.
