You will partner with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to align priorities, navigate ambiguity, manage risks, and drive adoption and value realization.

The role emphasizes governance, executive-ready dashboards, mentoring, and advancing EMC’s program management capabilities with budget oversight and people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ten years of experience leading complex enterprise programs.
• Experience in Agile, hybrid and traditional delivery environments.
• PM certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides senior leadership to translate strategy into integrated program plans and governance.
• Directs enterprise programs with milestones, dependencies, governance, risk and outcomes.
• Collaborates across PM, Digital Product Management, Agile Delivery, BPM, and Change Management.
• Establishes governance, dashboards, status updates and executive‑ready materials.
• Mentors, coaches, and builds organizational capability in program management.
