Job summary

EMC Insurance seeks a senior product leader to drive digital product strategy across value streams and manage end‑to‑end product roadmaps. You will collaborate with business owners, IT, and customer experience teams to translate goals into prioritized initiatives and measurable outcomes.

You will oversee product lifecycles, monitor TCO, and ensure benefits realization while guiding product owners and teams toward maximum value and alignment with EMC’s strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field.
• Ten years of experience in product management or related roles as noted in the description.
• Experience in product/service delivery environments and end-user collaboration.
