Job summary

JumpCloud is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer to drive architectural evolution and security posture of the core platform. You will design scalable microservices using C#, .NET Core, Go, and TypeScript, and champion AI-assisted engineering practices across the team.

You will mentor engineers, own end-to-end delivery pipelines, and ensure observability, SLA/SLO compliance, and robust testing. This role is remote-first within the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with leadership roles.
• Experience designing scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted engineering practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural evolution of core platform and microservices.
• Implement PAM/IDAM integrations with Zero Trust principles.
• Drive automated delivery pipelines and PSR testing.
• Mentor engineers and review RFCs in annual sprints.
