Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team. You will design, govern, and improve the firm’s enterprise application architecture aligned with a Microsoft-centric, cloud-first IT strategy.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to support enterprise application strategy across Azure, M365, Power Platform, Copilot, and ServiceNow APM. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise architecture, application architecture, or related technology architecture discipline.
• Working knowledge of TOGAF or similar frameworks with practical application.
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem including Azure IaaS/PaaS and Microsoft 365.
• Experience using ServiceNow APM, EA modules, for portfolio management and mapping.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, data, and technology domains.
• Design integration patterns across enterprise systems using Azure services.
• Define reference architectures and reusable solution patterns with guardrails.
• Document and maintain architecture standards and roadmaps in EA/APM tools.
• Support architecture governance processes including review boards and adherence to standards.
• Partner with delivery teams as a trusted architecture advisor across platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture practices and maturity.
