Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team. The role designs, governs, and evolves enterprise application architecture aligned with a Microsoft-centric, cloud-first IT strategy.

You will work with stakeholders to support strategy across Azure, Power Platform, Copilot, and ServiceNow APM, delivering scalable, secure solutions and architecture patterns.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise architecture and related technology disciplines.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or similar frameworks and applying principles practically.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, M365, Power Platform, Copilot.
• Experience with ServiceNow APM/EA modules for portfolio management and mapping.
• Ability to translate strategy into capability models and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills for business and tech audiences.
• Expertise in integration architecture and cloud-native design patterns.
• Experience in portfolio management, rationalization, and standardization.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, data, and technology.
• Design integration patterns using Microsoft Azure services and related capabilities.
• Define reference architectures and reusable solution patterns with guardrails.
• Document and maintain architecture standards and roadmaps in EA tooling.
• Support architecture governance, reviews, and solution approvals.
• Collaborate with delivery teams as an architecture advisor on risks and integration challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture practices and maturity.
