Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team. This role designs and governs enterprise application architecture aligned with a cloud-first Microsoft-centric strategy.

The Senior Enterprise Architect will define standards, roadmaps, governance, and reusable patterns, connecting business capabilities with scalable, secure technology solutions across Azure, 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and ServiceNow EA/APM.

Qualifications

6 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Knowledge of TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure IaaS/PaaS, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot).
Experience with ServiceNow APM or EA modules to support portfolio management, capability mapping, and rationalization.

Responsibilities

Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and technology domains.
Design integration patterns across enterprise systems using Microsoft Azure services (API Management, Logic Apps, etc.).
Define reference architectures, reusable solution patterns, and architecture guardrails.
Document and maintain architecture standards, roadmaps, and artifacts in ServiceNow EA/APM or similar tools.
Support architecture governance processes, including architecture review boards and solution approvals.
Partner with delivery teams as a trusted architecture advisor to identify risks and integration challenges.
Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise architecture practices and maturity.
