Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the Netherlands’ largest enterprises. You’ll manage a growing portfolio, engage C‑level stakeholders, and sell ElevenLabs’ AI voice platform and ElevenAgents.

This remote-first role requires Dutch native or full proficiency, a strong network, and a track record of closing long, complex SaaS deals. You’ll collaborate with success and engineering teams to accelerate value delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success closing long, complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Well-connected in the Dutch enterprise landscape with executive presence.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
• Ability to translate AI voice technology into measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across the Netherlands, focusing on key verticals to meet revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive engagement and automation.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build compelling business cases for executives.
• Develop understanding of the conversational AI landscape and apply it to regulated Dutch industries.
• Demonstrate expertise or willingness to learn about AI voice technology and ElevenLabs’ platform.
• Develop and execute account strategies to scale ElevenLabs’ presence within enterprise verticals.
• Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion.
