Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive growth across Denmark’s largest enterprises, focusing on Telecom, Infrastructure & Public Sector. The role requires selling to C-level and senior decision-makers, leveraging ElevenAgents and our AI voice platform to transform customer experiences.

You will build strategic account plans, identify new opportunities, and lead multi-stakeholder cycles in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success closing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong network across Danish telecom, infrastructure, and public sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic Danish accounts in telecom, infrastructure, and public sector.
• Identify opportunities where ElevenLabs’ AI voice tech drives engagement and efficiency.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build compelling business cases for executives.
• Develop understanding of AI voice landscape and apply to regulated Danish markets.
• Educate clients on generative AI trends and ElevenLabs capabilities.
• Develop and execute account strategies to scale presence in target sectors.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, FE/DEs, and Solutions Engineering on onboarding and expansion.
• Navigate procurement and tender processes to accelerate deals.
