Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a remote Sr. Business Analyst for Enrollment Research & Analytics to support enrollment operations and analyze member data across lines of business. You will build dashboards and reporting to help operations run smoothly and ensure accurate coverage and CMS compliance.

The role requires deep BA experience in a managed care setting, strong regulatory knowledge, and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. This position is fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of operations/analyst experience in a managed care organization, health insurance setting or related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Policy/government and legislative review knowledge.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize large and complex requirements concisely.
• Ability to organize and maintain regulatory data including real-time policy changes.
• Self-motivated with initiative to identify, communicate, and resolve problems.
• Experience creating reporting tools/providing project updates.
• Familiarity with administration systems.
• Ability to work in a project team and meet deployment deadlines.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains requirement documents related to coverage and reimbursement.
• Monitors regulatory sources to ensure updates are aligned.
• Documents unique specifications and analyzes problems.
• Supports development and interpretation of review processes and collaboration with partners.
• Identifies changes to business processes and opportunities for improvements.
• Provides status updates to leaders and stakeholders.
• Communicates interpretations and changes to teams for alignment and traceability.
• Codifies requirements for system configuration alignment where applicable.
• Assists with development of standards and best practices across states and products.
• Facilitates self-organized reporting to communicate work efforts and impact.
• Conducts industry research to develop best practices.
• Coordinates with teams for analysis, impact and implementation of changes.
• Engages leadership to review compliance issues for benefit planning.
• Ensures end-to-end business requirements are documented and understood by all parties.
• Builds relationships with health plan/product teams and operations.
• Provides training and support to new and existing team members.
