Qualifications

• 2+ years in managed care, health insurance, or related field.
• Policy/government legislative review knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains requirement documents for coverage, reimbursement, and system changes.
• Monitors updates to align with regulatory baselines and plan requirements.
• Leads interpretation review processes with partner organizations.
• Communicates interpretations and changes to health plans and product teams.
• Documents end-to-end business requirements for solution traceability.
