Molina Healthcare is seeking a regulatory requirements analyst to ensure accurate intake and interpretation of coverage, reimbursement, and related regulatory needs. You will coordinate with health plans, product teams and governance committees to support solution delivery and governance processes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration and ability to work in a remote environment while aligning with state requirements and policy changes that impact financials.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in managed care, health insurance or related field.
• Policy/government legislative review knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Robust knowledge of Office Product Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains requirement documents related to coverage, reimbursement and system changes.
• Monitors sources to ensure updates are aligned.
• Leads coordinated development and management / interpretation review with partner organizations.
• Conducts analysis to identify root cause and assist with problem management.
• Communicates requirement interpretations to health plans and product teams.
• Supports interpretation inconsistencies and complaints.
• Self-organized reporting to keep leadership aware of impact of changes.
