Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Python and Ruby.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and full SDLC.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with product management teams.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow 8–10 engineers through regular 1-on-1s and feedback.
• Shape performance review processes and structures.
• Improve engineering processes to boost velocity without sacrificing quality.
• Translate roadmaps into execution plans with PMs and allocate work.
• Assist leadership in staffing strategy and hiring.
