Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in IT with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• 3+ years managing/supervising IT teams.
• Experience with AWS, Python, Lambda, and Postgres.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and ability to align with product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and review technical solutions and architecture with the team.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Manager on initiatives and roadmaps.
• Promote engineering best practices and DevOps observability.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage technology vendors selection.
